BBB Short Film Festival proudly presents one of its out-of-competition programmes: “BBB Focus Italy,” in collaboration with Villamare Film Festival. Each year, our festival pays tribute to- and promotes filmmakers from a specific country.This year, our focus shines brightly on the rich cinematic landscape of Italy.

The Villammare Festival Film&Friends, organized by the Villammare Film Festival – Golfo di Policastro Association with the collaboration of the Municipality of Vibonati and the support of 105 TVs, takes place in the charming seaside village of Villammare, in the province of Salerno, at the end of the summer. Born in 2002 as a simple competition between short films, it has added the competition reserved for feature films, becoming an important cinematographic event able to act as a showcase for new talents, explore current issues and problems of the sector, and promote valid but niche or difficult to distribute with an eye to first works and previews.
