BBB Workshop: Capacity Building for EU opportunities powered by Youthmakers Hub

On the occasion of BBB tribute Youth and Labour/ Women and Labour, BBB is organizing a capacity building workshop powered by Youthmakers Hub on Friday, 18.10 at 11:00-13:00 and  Saturday,  19.10 at 13:30–15:30 at the Artspace Fabrica.

At the Workshop with title Project Management and Submission of winning proposals, Participants participants will learn about all the stages of a project, from the start until the end, learning about all tasks to be done in each stage. Special focus will be given to submission of winning proposals for funding. Where we can apply? What we should include in our proposal? What we should not include? Which are the tips and tricks to submit a winning proposal? These are some of the questions that will be answered during this workshop! Workshop: Communicate and Pitch your projects Participants will learn about how to communicate better their ideas and proposals, how to present and pitch either for presentation of in front of investors and sponsors. Special focus will be given also on where people can find opportunities for empowerment through Erasmus+. How I should present myself? Which are the most important points to mention? How should I stand when I am talking? Where I can learn about all these and be trained more? These are some of the questions that will be answered during this workshop!

It is an experiential workshop aiming to raise the awareness about Erasmus+ and empower Youth with the skills needed for the 21st Century. Participants will have the chance to learn about project management of European projects, prepare and submit better applications for funding and also how to pitch in front of public. An experiential workshop which is based on non-formal education focusing on the interaction of participants in order to learn through an experiential way.

The special screening Youth and Labour / Women and Labour is implemented through the Operational Program “Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning” and is co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund) and National Funds. Its co-funded projects deal mostly with the improvement of education and employment in Greece. Its main targets relate to the development and promotion of human resources skills, activities against unemployment, strengthen social cohesion and social inclusion of vulnerable social groups, improvement of the quality of education & lifelong learning, awareness on environmental education, linking education with the labor market.

The film tribute has free admission and it’s accessible to disabled people. KINITRO and HANDS UP will take the responsibility for the successful implementation of the accessibility and education of our staff.  The screening will have Greek subtitles and Greek subtitles for Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
