A fruitful cooperation between Balkans Beyond Borders and Critical Path Consulting and Training

 In November 2011 Balkans Beyond Borders established an exclusive partnership with Critical Path Consulting and Training company. Balkans Beyond Borders together with Critical Path, its official training partner for 2011-2012, initiated a training program in order all the BBB team to be qualified and certified on Project Management Professional. Critical Path’s trainers aim to show the benefits and the power of project management professional to our organization.

In Balkans Beyond Borders, we believe that our biggest asset is our people and therefore we invest in their personal development.  A successful project needs people with motivation, devotion, passion but most of all well educated and trained people. For this reason, we decided to go a step further with our passion for cooperation and mobility in the Balkans by investing on our project management skills.

Our goal is to implement all the knowledge given by Critical Path in order to give an added value to our work and NGO. We go beyond a disciplined approach to executing projects by integrating the tools and methodology as well as project management maturity resources in our projects in order to be more transparent so our donors know that their money is not being wasted.
