Balkan Buro invites Southeast European filmmakers and video artists to react to our proposed theme: the Creative States of Southeast Europe. Submit your short-film entry to this competition, framed within the upcoming Balkan Snapshots festival 2012. Balkan Snapshots Festival is partner with Balkans Beyond Borders NGO and they both support creativity in the Balkans.
