SYNOPSIS

The film delves into the enigmatic aura surrounding Naslavcea, a quiet village located at the turning of the Dniester River, at the border between Moldavia and Ukraine. While seeing picturesque images of abandoned houses from the village, we hear the testimony of a woman, where glimpses of fairytales and historical reality blend together through the lens of memories and recollections, offering us access to an ethereal sense of peace amidst the tumultuous tides of history. Contrasting to this tranquility of the village embraced by the locals, others have already fled, leaving their houses abandoned.
