SYNOPSIS
In former Yugoslavia kids were initiated in the pioneer movement. The Pioneers Vow, alongside the Pioneers Ritual that emphasized the Federation’s ideal of “Unity and Brotherhood” was repeated every year since 1945. But in the 90’s other values entered the newly independent Republic of Slovenia. The ritual is done no more. How was this transition felt by the last generation of pioneers?
