Without Water

SYNOPSIS
Shortage of water is common in Tirana, the capital of Albania. Therefore, reserves of water are located in the rooftops of the houses. Two young men are stealing water from the roof of their building. The owner of the water deposit appears and angrily runs towards them. They fight until they realize that they are from the same town. Now, all of them get water from another deposit.
