Exploring different approaches and models of short film production: How important is the experience of creating a short film, from a feature film? What is the relationship between working in different positions in one film? Why shoot a short film after a feature? This conversation is about the importance of short films, and the challenges faced by directors in the industry, in the Balkan region.

Facilitators BIO:

Ivan Bakrač (1987, Montenegro) has written and directed films that participated in many international festivals and won awards. He participated in various programs such as Berlinale Talents, Talents Sarajevo and Zurich FF Academy. His debut feature After the Winter premiered at the Karlovy Vary IFF. Apart from filmmaking, he also works as a festival programmer. He is a member of the European Film Academy.
