Albana Nila is a director/writer born in 1999 in Peje, Kosovo. To enhance and perfect her passion for film and visual arts, she has broadened her studies in Kosovo and the Czech Republic. She graduated from the University of Prishtina with a Film and TV Directing BA. She has had a one-semester Erasmus+ICM exchange as a BA in Masaryk University Film and Audiovisual Culture, Czech Republic.
In 2022 she won the first production grant from Dokufest and the Swedish Embassy in support of the new wave of Kosovo filmmakers. From the grant she directed and produced the short film “Sisters”.

Anuša Kodelja, Slovenia
Anuša Kodelja (Slovenia) is a graduate actress who joined the Slovene National Theatre Nova Gorica company in 2020. Meanwhile, she worked on her own projects, collaborating with both the independent scene and international productions. After two years of permanent employment, she decided to continue her career as a freelancer. Her first appearances on film came in graduate projects during her studies, while her first role in a feature was in Marko Šantić’s Together. For her role in Bitch, A Derogatory Term for a Woman, she won the Vesna Award for best actress in a supporting role at the 2021 FSF in Portorož. To complement her acting jobs, Kodelja has participated in training programmes, most recently in the Sarajevo Talents programme in 2022, the ReActing as a star programme in 2023 and the Ponta Slano programme 2024. She recently completed filming her latest feature film, Everything That’s Wrong With You, directed by Urša Menart.

İlyas Soner Yıldırım, Turkey
İlyas Soner Yıldırım (Turkey) studied filmmaking, directing and creative writing at various film academies. He completed his first short film “Alkarısı”, which made its world premiere at the 12th Bengaluru International Short Film Festival, in 2022. In the same year, with his newly developed short film project, he won the grand prize in the Pitching Lab of the 45th Drama International Short Film Festival. In 2023, he was one of the four independent writers selected for the Adaptation Workshop organized by Netflix Turkey, gaining the opportunity to develop a series project for the platform.

Ioanna Fragkou (Greece) graduated from the Music School of Arta and in 2024 she graduated from the Film Studies Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki. During her studying years, she joined the Erasmus+ program and she took photography lessons in the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar in Portugal for an entire semester. Currently, she has taken up an educational photography program in Stereosis School of Photography in Thessaloniki.

Marija Lovric (Belgrade, Serbia) is a graduate of ethnomusicology with experience in film post-production. Soon she began working in the organization and management of an animation and film post-production in
Crater studio and Crater Training Center. Since then, Marija has been in the film industry and film post-production, organizing courses, but also events – open days, seminars, workshops, conferences and projects in the field of VFX and gaming education.

Mateja Filipović-Sandalj (Slovenia) has over 6 years of experience in project management in the cultural sector, especially in NGOs focusing on new media arts and speculative design. She has developed a passion for designing stories and experiences across multiple platforms. In her current role as Transmedia Producer at the Institute for Transmedia Design, she enjoys crafting immersive narratives and effective strategies to ensure their long-term success. She was also part of the team working on the Disco School project, awarded with a Special mention by the Croatian Design Association, and the project Twisted Tales, named to the Official Shortlist in the 13th Annual Lovie Awards. She is driven by the constant pursuit of innovation and creating resonant experiences for diverse audiences.
Nemanja Popovic, Montenegro
Nemanja Popovic, Montenegro
Nemanja Popović (Nikšić, Montenegro) graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, specializing in radio production. He is the author of the “Uloga i Scena Podcast” project, supported by the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro in 2020. He has worked on around twenty short feature, documentary, and animated films in various roles, including executive producer, organizer, cameraman, sound designer, composer, and production assistant. From February 2022 to September 2023, he was employed as a producer at Television Nikšić. During this period, he produced the documentary series “Zlo Proljeće ’92”, the original show “Vox Populi”, the documentary film “Radio otvorenog srca”, as well as a program showcasing Montenegrin short films. He was the producer for two live broadcasts of Lake Fest in 2022 and 2023. He signed on as a producer for the short documentary film “Burna Brežina” and worked as a production assistant on the feature film “Planeta 7693” directed by Gojko Berkuljan.
He is also author of the radio dramas “Meta” (2019) and “Lažni autostop” (2020). He is currently producing the first TV series from Nikšić, “Estavela,” authored by Matija Jovanović. Together with director Mladen Vujačić, he is producing the short feature film “Pragovi,” supported by the Film Centre of Montenegro, and is also preparing the feature film “Scarab” with which they have won awards at various European workshops, and were part of the prestigious Midpoint workshop in November last year. He is credited with producing the series “Kino Album” by director Mladen Vujačić, which will be broadcast on Radio Television of Montenegro starting in September. He currently works as the coordinator for Nikšić’s candidacy for the European Capital of Culture for 2030.

Levan Dvali
Levan Dvali was born in Tbilisi on April 15, 1993. His academic journey commenced with a Bachelor’s degree in Art Management from the Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration from the Business and Technology University.
Since 2014, Mr. Dvali has actively engaged in the management of film festivals. Notably, since 2018, he is the Director General of the Taoba International Youth Film Festival. In this capacity, he represents “Τaoba”; at international forums, gatherings, and workshops. He maintains an active collaboration with the European Film Academy, collaborating on projects and initiatives tailored for young audiences. His professional endeavors are primarily centered on the development of a young audience, the advancement of film art, and the facilitation of new talent within the industry. Under his guidance, six editions of the film festival have been conducted, accompanied by educational programs and film screenings designed to enhance audience engagement, spanning various Georgian cities.
Presently, Levan Dvali holds prominent positions within multiple organizations. He is the President-Elect of the European Association of Institutions of Non-formal Education of Children and Youth (EAICY), headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Concurrently, he leads the project department at the National Youth Palace in Tbilisi, Georgia, and serves as a member of the steering group of the EU digital education initiative, DigiEduHack.
